Hello. I'm running windows 11 pro and I purchased the dic version of Acrobat pro XI and everytime I try to update i keep getting error 111200. I have shut of my virus protection, shut off my VPN and ran the program as admin and still getting error message. This is a new computer build and I have no clue why I'm having these issues with the program. Will you shed some light on this for me?

Hi there

Acrobat 11 is an EOL application and no longer supported on the latest Mac and Win OS. For more information please go through the help page https://adobe.ly/447SwRq

After disabling anti-virus I ended up "right-clicking" on the icon for Acrobat X Pro (I also have XI Pro installed) and selecting "Run As Administrator".

It is now updating properly.

I simply opened Acrobat Pro as admin, checked for updates, it found a new update.  I clicked install and then it worked fine.

I tried endlessly to run this update.  It seems that running as admin did the trick for me.

Try downloading the update patch (for Reader 10.x) from http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/10.x/10.1.5/misc/AdbeRdrUpd1015.msp

This error stands for Updater Session failed to initialize.

Can you please provide Updater log file?

It is called AdobeARM.log and can be found in the User Temp folder.

Hi there, I've the same error here, but it is not for Adobe Reader, but for Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Have you found a solution for this in the meantime?

Another strange thing is that I've Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro (9.5.2) and Adobe Acrobat X Standard (10.1.5) on my System. For Adobe Acrobat X, I've got today also a update which was successfully.

Anyone any idea about this?
