Hi,
I am having problem with Adobe Reader XI which I downloaded and installed a few days back.
My System :
a. Windows 10 OS
b. Java 8
c. Adobe Acrobat Reader XI for Windows 10
d. Digital signature using USB Token.
e. My system type reads as 64 bit OS X-64 based processor.
Issue is :
1. I fill in an PDF form and save during the course of editing the form. There are no issues at this stage.
2. Subsequently I digitally sign the pdf document and it ask to Save AS and I give a new file name. Whilst doing so. , the adobe application does not ask for PIN. for digitally signing the doc.
3. At the time of Saving the file with 'Save AS', the file is genereated with new name but application does not release the file for long period. Subsequently adobe application does not release the system / file for further actions.
4. I proceed to use task bar to check on adobe application. At this point, it says Adobe application 'Not Responding' carrying other words 'Bit 32'.
5. If I force shut and reopen the file, the doc with digital signature is affixed but is not complete in all respect as I am unable to perform other task on the pdf file.
6. May I request a solution why the adobe application crashes at the time of Save As' and not able to complete the task in full.
7. My system type reads as 64 bit OS X-64 based processor.

Hi Balas9174,
Please check for any pending updates on the application.
Also, update the application to Reader DC and then try using it.
Let me know if the issue still persists.
