Adobe Tools Error Message

Why is it that when I click on any Adobe tools, it shows this error message "

Unable to process request

Please contact customer support for help.

"

You must be logged into an account that has a valid subscription to Acrobat to be able to use those tools.

From the screenshot it seems that's not the case, as the "Start Free Trial" button is visible at the top.
