Hi
I am a university student and used my university email to create my Adobe account when I grabbed a free trial of Adobe acrobat reader. When I navigated to the subscription page to cancel my trial so that it wouldn't charge me the subscription fee, it appeared with 'Enterprise Subscription' and there were no actions I could take.
Initially, I thought this was fine, because it meant I wouldn't have to pay as the university must be looking after my plan if I couldn't edit it. However, while managing my finances, I found a $28.99 payment to Adobe.
It is not fair to charge me while not letting me edit my subscription or cancel it!! Please cancel my subscription, or offer me support to do this myself, because I should not have been charged for it if it's under my enterprise and out of my hands.
I would have discussed this privately but your support chat would not let me in because of my enterprise account, but this is not an enterprise issue. I suspect the app has gotten confused and is double-subbing me. I would appreciate being able to talk to someone privately about this if further personal details are to be disclosed.
Thanks!
