Adobe wont close on my mac and the browser window stays blank which is unhelpful please help

    Hello Susanfuller,

    We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, are you not able to close Adobe Reader and is it frozen on the screen?

    Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

    Reboot the machine once and see if this makes any difference. Could you please post a screenshot of the browser window and Adobe Reader? To post a screenshot, please refer to help article https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

    Are you trying to view the PDF file in the browser? Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader.

    Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader version 19.008.20080 installed, check for updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine.
