Hello all
I am trying to install DC reader on a TS 2012 R2 but it keeps failing at the installing AdobeARMservice part and rolling back. I have tried this using admin, unpacking and running the Setup.exe but still no luck. if i install it using online installer, it appears to install but as soon as you try to launch it just crashes again. i have wiped it and removed all traces it from the Registry to reinstall but still no joy. I am now at the stage where i need someone's help.
