After about 5 seconds, a blank popup appears on Acrobat, then hangs

Acrobat hangs. I have to bring up the task manager and kill it.

I'm running W11. I've installed from Adobe Creative Cloud. 

I've tried rebooting, deinstalling, and the AdobeAcroCleaner program to no avail.

I've attached a screen shot.

How can I get this resolved?
