First we had loads of problems with the blank Save As. Turned off the "online storage" option. Does disabling this cause Adobe Reader to NOT remember our users last saved area which is on our network server? This is driving everyone crazy having to continuously choose the save path which they want to 99% of time go to our network server...instead it now defaults back to their PCs C: drive instead of our network server "G:" drive!

Hi Lorib

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, with the save as blank window issue the Reader DC no longer remembers last path used with Save As.

The issue for Save as - blank window, is already reported to our engineering team and they are working on it to find the fix. We will share the update as soon as we hear anything from them.

Thanks for your time and patience on this .

Regards

Amal
