My desktop PC running Windows 10 is experiencing the following: the desktop icons are all rearranging to the left side of my desktop after I open an adobe file. IT doesn't happen every time, but at least once a day. I checked all auto arrange settings on Windows, etc. That is not the problem. Help would be greatly appreciated. It is really annoying and time consuming to move dozens of icons back into place everyday. Thank you.

Hello Barbarat,
We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, please reboot the machine once and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader.
Is it possible to share a screenshot of the issue that is the desktop where the icons are rearranging to the left? To share the screenshot, refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot
It seems to be a strange issue, as opening files with Adobe Reader should not rearrange the desktop icons.
What is the current dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Let us know how it goes and share your observation.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
