All files are PDF

Dear,

I have an issue, all my files have been set to "PDF", that means that all files are PDF, however this shouldn't be the case, I need to change this.

What can I do to solve this?

What is your operating system and version?

What version of Adobe Acrobat Reader are you using?

Where do you see that all files have been “set” to PDF? (I don’t know what that means.)

When did this happen and did something trigger it?

My guess is your files got accidentally associated with Reader. They are not actually PDFs.
