an error occurred when I open the Acrobat Reader on my iPad Pro

When I open the Acrobat Reader app on my iPad, it crashed and jumped back to iPad home page, then I used iTune to review all my pdf files in this app, I can see all in the list so I copied all onto my laptop.  It showed an error message when I copied one folder (412 KM) onto the computer.  The message was "XXX (the folder's name) could not be copied due to an error occurred.  A duplicate file name is specified."  So what can I do for this?  Is it possible for me to uninstalled this app from my iPad, then re-instal again?  Will all my files stored in the app lost?

If you uninstall ALL files are removed and lost.

Try copying files one by one until you find the problem.
