I am using Windows 10 and when I download a pdf file and try to "save as" I get a pop-up that says :Application Error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000022), Click OK to close the application." This has only recently started. How can I fix?

Sorry for the delay in response.
Could you please try checking update for Reader and see if that resolves the issue:
Launch Reader>click Help>select Check for Updates
Please confirm the version of Reader DC installed on the computer.
To check the version, select About Adobe Acrobat Reader under Help menu
Does the error message appears only when you click Save As?
