Application Initialization Error When Installing Acrobat Reader DC

Windows 10 OS.

I've tried the cleaner tool, I've tried turning off my Norton Antivirus (and also excluding the downloaded files from scans)...

It's been 2 weeks without my Acrobat DC (I have a new computer...had it on my old computer) and I'm going crazy!

Program acts like it's going to run, then I get this "Application Initialization Error" message...every time!

Please help!

Nope.  Exact same error message. Below pic is when I tried running as an administrator...still no go.
