Arabic characters show on wrong orientation

Hello,

I need a little help, I actually contacted tech support via live chat and they connected remotely, unfortunately, they said they cannot troubleshoot the issue because Adobe Reader DC is a free software.

They asked me to simply check forums.adobe.com

I tried searching for possible solutions but I cant find any thing about the same issue.

The Arabic letters are typed reversed  article was not able to help as it is for a different software and there's no option regarding the paragraph orientation.

I've already tried playing with the language option regarding Middle Eastern Languages but it still shows characters in reverse.

Can someone share their solution for the issue?

Thank you.

Acrobat displays text properly in the PDF if the PDF was created properly in first place. Did you try another PDF viewer whether you're on Mac or Windows?

Another thing you want to make sure is the whether fonts are included in the PDF, just go to the menu File > Properties, then click on the "Fonts" tab on top. Do you see any Arabic fonts embedded there?
