Arabic language issues

So, I combined some JPEG files as PDF file but they are written in Arabic, which is my problem in this situation...
When I enable editing the quality cuts to half and the text becomes unreadable and this popup shows telling me that the file is recognized in English and I can't find Arabic as an option

Marhaba Mostafa, the feature you used is called OCR, and this feature doesn't support Arabic yet.
