ausgeblendete Ebenen werden mitgedruckt

Hallo!

Hilfe bitte!

A customer has now found a solution. "Save ink/toner" must not be selected in the print settings. Nevertheless, there seems to be an error somewhere, because recently it also worked with this selected option.

Hi @Svenja31700944ofhk

Please check the troubleshooting steps suggested in a similar discussion here: https://answers.acrobatusers.com/Change-layer-visibility-hidden-visible-doesn-print-q297333.aspx

Try setting the properties of the layers to printing never. And see if that helps.

If it doesn't help, then share the following details:

1- Acrobat version

2- OS version

3- Check your printer's firmware and pending updates.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Unfortunately that doesn't help, I can't change anything in the layer settings (see picture). In the meantime, the problem has also occurred with other customers.
Acrobat Version is 2023.003.20269
OS version 22H2 (Build 22621.2134)
Printers firmware is up to date, since it doesn't work with other printers either, I don't think that's the reason.
