Auto-Fill "Off" is not working

I am tired of having the auto-fill suggestions appear whenever I'm typing something into a document.  I've been looking online, and everyone says to go to Edit > Preferences > Forms and turn off auto-fill.  The problem is, my auto-fill IS turned off, and I'm still getting suggestions!  How do I make this stop?  It's really annoying, and it's constantly resizing the zoom because it's pulling previously typed fields that were really long, so my zoom will go from 100% down to 30% and I have to keep fixing it.  It's really annoying!

Hi,

You need to switch off autofill-list  from document cloud.

Following are the steps:

1) Login to https://cloud.acrobat.com/ with same id you logged in on Reader/Acrobat.

2) Click on your name in top right corner , drop down list will appear. Then click on ‘Settings’.

3) Now, a dialog will appear. You can uncheck 1st option "Suggest words or phrases..".

4) Press Done. Your settings will get saved.

Issue with page zoom-out will get fixed in next build.

I have turned it off in both places, but it CONTINUES TO TRY TO AUTO COMPLETE WHEN I AM USING FILL AND SIGN!!

This is incredibly annoying and slows my productivity down to a crawl. It's not a feature; it's a bug. Please deactivate it entirely.

Any idea how to turn this off is if all document cloud features are disabled in reader? I have some users complaining about the zooming that happens when a suggestion flows over the edge and causes a zoom out to occur.

I was able to do as you described, but I am trying to fix it on a pre existing fillable document and even though I unchecked that, it's still occuring.
