Adobe Acrobat Reader DC v2018.011.20055

Citrix XenDesktop v7.1, nur ein Worker. Kein PVS im Einsatz.

Das Problem tritt nur auf wenn die Vorschau im Windows Explorer aktiviert ist. Sobald die Vorschau deaktiviert ist, tritt das Problem nicht auf. Diese Vorschau per Registry kann spezifisch für PDF's aktiviert oder deaktiviert werden.

Gemäss Artikel: Bekannte Probleme | Adobe Acrobat DC, Reader DC ist folgendes nachzulesen: "

  • Problem: Windows-Vorschau sperrt das PDF-Dokument zum Speichern in Reader/Acrobat. [3942525]"

Hat jemand schon das selbe festgestellt und eine Lösung dazu gefunden?

Hello It,

We're sorry for the trouble you had, please install the latest patch of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, or install the update manually from DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products and see if this issue is reproducible.

The current Workaround is to Turn OFF Windows Preview.

The issue is already reported to the Engineering and Development team and they are working on a fix on, the team will share an update as soon as the fix is publically available.

For testing purpose, please install the trial of Acrobat Pro DC and see if you still get the error message, Download Adobe Acrobat DC (Continuous) for Enterprise or VIP licenses

If you still experience any issue, you can report it to the development team through Feature Request/Bug Report Form

Many thanks for your quick answer.

I already tried with the newest patch, but it didnt help. Unfortunately it is not possible for our customer to go without the Windows preview.

We will try with the Acrobat Pro DC version, otherwise I will contact the development team you mentioned.
