This problem appears on the Windows Server 2012 but not on workstation Windows 7-10 (with the same version).
Please, what can i do for resolve this.
You can have the DMP file to : Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

The official patch of Acrobat/Reader 19.010.20069 is available now, please install the latest patch from help>check for updates, or install it manually from 19.010.20069 Out of cycle update, January 03, 2019 — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
Reboot the machine if possible and check.

We're sorry for the trouble you had, is Adobe Reader application is installed/hosted on the server or on the client machine?

Hello,
Adobe is installed on the server (RDS server, so users can open a session on this server).
No one of my workstation have this problem. Only my three 2012 Windows Server have it.
I can't show you the screenshot because i fixed this error with created a regkey for disable the protection mode :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown
bProtectedMode
value :0
But with 95 Users it's not the best solution.
I can see many users have the same problem ( Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2019.008.20071 crashes after 15 seconds on RDS farm ).
