blanc screen

When using Adobe Reader suddenly appears a white/ blanc screen " Adobe Acrobat " on the left superior corner.

Then I have to boot the program and it works for a while, and then again, a blanc screen.

Why does it happen?

Could you share a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. OS name and version?

2. A screenshot that shows the issue clearly.

3. Application version.

Make sure that the app is up to date.
