Hi, ive been triying too acces my documents saved on the cloud through https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ as i usually do, but the documents tab is completely blank. I still have acces to my documents in the desktop and mobile app, but id like to see them in the browser. Ive already tried to:
- Deleted the browser cookies, and cache
- Sign in and out
- Log in with another computer
- Log in with another browser

Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue?
If yes, try using the alternate browser or a new incognito window on Chrome. Check if that makes any difference.
Check if the same issue occurs when you open the account on a mobile browser.
When did you notice this behavior started occurring?
