Blank Page After Saving a PDF

Hello, I am trying to save a PDF and every time it is a blank page. Searched previous forums and they recommend the following below, however, I do not have those options under Preferences>General...please help!

You may also uncheck these two options under Edit>Preferences>General:

1. Uncheck Show online Storage when opening files.
2. Uncheck Show online storage when saving files.

Sounds like you have an old version. Exactly what version do you have (e.g. 11.0.31 or 2016.124.43434)? Please let us know if you need help finding out.

P.S. Please do not reply saying you have the "latest" or similar, the number is what we need.

Adobe Reader X 10.1.16

There are multiple ppl using this at our medical office, and it is working fine for them (only issue with my logins). 😕

This problem (the original one) cannot happen with Reader X. Please describe your new problem in detail.
