We have access to a web based application that generates PDFs, however, when the PDF is printed / displayed it is blank. We are using Adobe Reader DC v2017.009.20044 on Windows 7 pro 64bit.
Any idea why this is the case? It started happening on a couple of desktops in our organisation about a week ago, then on Friday all users reported that it is a problem. I have attached an example screen shot:

There is no screen shot, please return to the forum and attach it. You cannot email it.
Have you tried downloading it Directly?

Yes, I have tried downloading directly. Still does the same...

Thanks. For some reason the original screen shot also appeared! This shows a non-blank PDF with header and footer. Is this the "blank" PDF or is this what you're expecting to see?

Yep, there is a head and footer but there should be more content within the PDF.

You mention Chrome. Are you seeing this problem in a Chrome window, or is Chrome set up to download in Reader too?

Chrome is set up to download in reader also. I'm mainly interested in fixing it IE11.

Please view the PDF in Chrome. Do you see the missing content?

Ok, you have now used two different viewers made by different companies. This is an important test. Since both of them agree that there is nothing in the middle of the page, I think you can assume that they are correct. So you know that you can focus on the web app instead. Possibilities include
* It is trying to generate content, but the content placed in the PDF is invalid and is skipped (there is not always a message)
* It is given input that does not include content
* The form of the content has changed and cannot be handled
* The content is not available
Anyway, I hope you get resolution from the makers of the web app.

None seems connected to tge problem. Do you reject my recommendation?

Yep, I reject your recommendation. The process works fine in IE10, but not IE11.

Does it STILL work today in IE10? (Rather than, it used to work when we used IE10)?
