We have issues with the Reader in our office where a we open a CAD drawing in PDF. Where there are black lines are now blue and black text now has blue lines in the black text. However the text is not completely blue. The colors also seem off in graphics. Is this a known issue or is a fix coming. It's happening on all our computers.
Current Adobe Reader Version: 19.008.20074

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, are you facing this issue with CAD PDFs only or with other PDFs as well?
Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version? Is it possible to share a sample PDF file with us so that we can test it at our end?

I'll go ahead and share the file with you. I believe it's with CAD PDF's that involve vector drawings. It appears fine in Microsoft Edge, PDF X-change Viewer, Adobe Acrobat but not Adobe Reader DC. Even a laptop I'm setting up also with version 19.008.20074 exhibits the same problem.

link to form. It was a word doc. I created Accessible PDF with word, after 3 days working, 99% done, all the tags that showed the text now all say PATH.

I have installed the new update but there are still blue lines in the text of the PDF I sent to you. I went to an older version of Adobe Reader XI and they do not appear there.
Have you been able to repeat the issue. Also, this also occurs on the latest version of Adobe Acrobat (As of last week).

The latest version is installed.
Thisis on a Windows 10 machine with version 1903, OS build 18362.778.
This occurs on every CAD rendered PDF, not just a single file.

Could you please share the PDF and the original source file (CAD file) with us for testing.
Also please share the promon logs for further investigation. Please download the process monitor tool (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon) recreate the issue and collect the logs. please upload the log file to the document cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/) generate the link and share it with us.
