Booklet printing from scanned document issue

Hi, I have an odd problem with booklet printing.
I'm trying to booklet-print a scanned (graphics), 52page musical score.
Printing front side looks like this (correct) (page numbers are shown clearly on the pages)
But all back sides look swapped like this:
So... with the scanned pdf file, it makes the back sides wrong. When I make a 52 page word file for testing and save it to PDF, it's correct..
When I try to print the scanned pdf file normally, without "booklet", all looks as it should.
I have tried to select normal mode by pressing "size" button, then fiddeling around with the duplex setting, this changed nothing. Also tried with and without duplex setting in printer properties, no change.

Hello Eskilj,
We're sorry for the trouble you had with booklet printing, please refer to the following Adobe discussions and try the suggestions Booklet printing pages upside down
Booklet inner pages are upside down
booklet prints every other page upside down
You can also refer to Print booklets using Acrobat or Reader
What is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of the OS installed?
If it is specific to one scanned PDF, Is it possible to share the file with us so that we can test it at our end?
To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, login to https://cloud.acrobat.com/send using your Adobe ID(email) and password, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only, How Do I Send Private Message
Let us know how it goes and share your observation.

Well..
I had two problems. One was related to printer driver double sided setting.
The other one was that some pages WERE actually scanned upside-down, didn't notice that in my first check up on the file.
OOPS.So much time fighting the wrong error. And disturbing you.
I managed to rotate the upside down pages by asking a collegue with Acrobat Pro DC fixed the file for me.
Thanks for your help, Eskil
