Bookmarks in Japanese not showing correctly even after Asian fonts installed.

Content of the file showing Japanese without any problem.

This is Acrobat Reader DC running on Windows 10.

    Two possibilities: (1) a problem with the reading software including perhaps missing Windows fonts (2) a problem with the software making the PDF. My money is on (2). how was the file made? Can you share it publicly?
