Breakpoint Error (0x80000003)

hi all

i am running adobe acrobat reader on windows server 2022

every time i open the app i get an error acrocef.exe application error the exception breackpoint has been reached

(0x80000003) i have tried updating,restarting,uninstall and reinstall,cleaning cache,etc...

c++ updates

any ideas?

Did you also use AcroCleaner after the uninstallation? AcroCleaner — Acrobat Desktop Tools and Utilities

Ich habe das gleiche Problem mit Windows Server 2022 als virtuelle Maschine. Acrocleaner und Version DC2001320064 funktioniert für mich.

WU  KB5034129 könnte das Problem sein!

KB5034129 auf Server 2022 führt zum Absturz von Chrome: r/sysadmin (reddit.com)

Die Deinstallation von KB5034129 löst das Problem.

Übrigens ist auch "MSTeams new" durch diesen Patch nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Es startet immer nur ein leeres, weißes Fenster und schließt sich wieder. Und das ein paar mal hintereinander.
