Can I disable signature verification in Adobe Reader?

We have deployed Adobe Reader 2024.002.20759 (Cont. release) and we would like to disable certificate validation features at all.

I have tried to Disable "Verify signatures when the document is opened" but it has no effect and I still get the blue line "At least one signature requires validation" dialog.
And I need to disable this blue line/information. Or if it is possible I would like to disable all signature related UI/functions from Adobe reader..

Can someone help me with this? To clarify - we are using different tool to verify signatures/sign PDF documents. But we need to have Adobe reader as simple PDF reader.. (without pdf signing possibilites)..

Thanks, Martin

ps: I saw this thread but nothing described here was helpful.. https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/how-can-i-disable-signature-verification/m...
