I m able to open the files with edge (not with chrome) but i would prefer use adobe reader .

I have somthing to add : If i open another account on the same computer => reader is working. So something is preventing reader to work on my principal account. But what? that is the question.

Hi Echidne,

We do apologize for the delay in response and thanks for sharing the detailed information.

As mentioned above that its working fine in other user account, that means in your primary user profile or application and its preferences seems to be corrupted or may be any third party component blocking the Reader to open up.

Its pretty difficult to find what exactly causing problem in that particular user account. I would suggest you to try resetting the preferences of the Adobe Reader and see if that works for you.

How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Let us know if that doesn't help.

Regards,

Akanchha
