Can't Fill & Sign in Windows 10

I have the same problem, and the repair did not correct anything.  Fill and Sign gives me no tool for filling in text boxes. 

I will mention I was able to use Microsoft Edge to fill in the PDF as a workaround.  Which is the default PDF reader on Windows 10.  Is that now the official tool for PDFs?  Anyway, that was my solution, to use Microsoft Edge, it worked like a charm for me to fill in the PDF form.  Adobe Reader DC just gave me no option at all.

    Hi Bmelendy,

    As you have mentioned that the tools are not available for filling text, did you check if this issue occurs with all the documents?

    Please make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch released.

    You may refer this help document Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader to check the latest update information.

    Also, try to reset the preferences of the application.

    Take help of the steps mentioned here How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

    Please check if you can replicate the issue with other documents.

    It will be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the options you get when you select Fill & Sign option.

    To share the screenshot, click on Insert image icon as shown below:

    Then click on "Choose File" and browse to the location where you have saved the screenshot.

    Select the image file and click on "Open". Then click on "Insert Image" tab at the bottom to add it to forum reply.
