Can't install Acrobat reader DC due to some error. please see below. also can't deploy through GP

You may first run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

Once done, 

Download the Acrobat Reader installer from here:

https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Or,

https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/get-started.html

Also, keep your windows up-to-date as well.
