can't open an internet link

Adobe Reader DC

I create an internet link with the tool "Filling out and signing" (Ausfüllen und unterschreiben).

After I finished the tool, I can't open the link!

    or

If I create an internet link with an other pdf-Editor.
With the "other Editor" I can open the link, but not with Adobe Reader DC.

What's the problem / failure?

Try this. Go to Edit>Preferences>General>Basic tools and be sure that "Create links from URL's" has a check next to it.

It doesn't work.
If you can see, the  "Create links from URL's" were selected and the failure is given with this selection.

The failure is fixed.

After deinstalling  and  new installing it is ok again!
