Please describe your problem in detail. "No luck" and "stuck" don't give us much to go on. Please give any error messages in full.

And you could at least tell us if you are in Mac or Win, and the versions of your OS and Reader...

I am a windows user. If I open a PDF and try to scroll to the next page I get the following error:

Liscensing for this product has stopped working. You must repair by uninstall and reinstalling.  148:3

I have tried to uninstall but, the program will not allow it.

I have tried installing another copy duh that won't work either.

I have bought a subscription to Acrobat that won't allow me to open the PDF to save it etc. etc.

as you type, please try to avoid saying "won't work" or "fails" Or "won't allow..."  I'm sure it's true but we have no clue what you mean. We can't look over your shoulder and there are THOUSANDS of possibilities.

Also I think you owned Acrobat before, worth hundreds of dollars, not Acrobat Reader. Do you have the serial number to install it? And, what versions of everything? For example is it Windiws 8? Reader XI? Please answer all questions or tell us the ones you can't answer.

I'm a MAC user and I just recently updated to the most current version of Adobe Acrobat and now I can't open or view pdf's.....  Anyone encounter this similar issue or have a solution?  I've also deleted the application and did a re-install and still no luck.

In the past I had a whole suite including Illustrator etc. but, that was a copy purchased as a student. I only used PS and when they went to CC it made no sense to pay all the extra $$$ for stuff I didn't use. No I don't have the originals but, if you check my adobe account you will see that it was registered etc.
