Certain PDF files (dynamic XFA forms) created in Adobe LiveCycle can only be opened in Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat. When you try to open these files in an alternative PDF viewer, then you will see this error message.
Unfortunately, it's not easy remove this message and modify the PDF so that it can be opened in alternative PDF viewers. The person who created the original form must re-create the form using options that do not restrict which PDF viewers can open and display the file.

That file IS open.

Hi there,
Sorry for the trouble.
As the application crashing on opening the secured PDF, would you mind sharing any sample PDF with us to replicate the behavior? You can upload the file to Document Cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com) and share the link to file with us.
Please collect crash dumps and share them with us. You can collect the dumps suing the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hi,
thanks for your replay.
I uploaded the PDF file as you said but i can't get a link to share because it says "Encrypted PDF files can’t be sent for viewing". There is any other way to send it to you? An email or something?
But i can share the error register

The thing is that not everyone have this problem. In the same company in one works and in other don't, and it is happening in different companys. The screenshot was taken in my computer after my costumer send me the file. I can pre-view both in Outlook or Drive but after downloading the file i can't with Adobe.

Try narrowing it down. For starters, do all computers have the exact same version of Reader? If not, it might be a version-specific issue.
