Can't Save PDF in Acrobat Reader DC

Question

Hi Everyone,

I'm posting because I've lost several versions of highlights in my pdf file. I've seen other posts about this issue that were older. The previous posts stated that the individual should update their Adobe and the updates will fix the issues. I have updated to the latest, and I restarted my computer, and it still didn't work. The updates were from October 12, 2021. The updates do not correct the problem.

Hi, Same problem when saving my pdf files.This is a document with some blank fields to completed. After I completed the fields, I am unable to save the file. Blank page or impossible to close the file. After forcing to save and forcing to close, I reopen the file but all fields are empty.

How can I identify the source of the bug ? is it Adobe or a field to complete ?
