Can't sign in

i am logged in on my phone and on google chrome. i had to reinstall adobe acrobat reader to my computer. now when i try to log into the program it says that my email is not associated with an account.

I also had the same problem and it was frustrating when all 5 times reported not to be done!

Are you using a desktop or a mobile device and getting this error message? A screenshot of the error message would be helpful.
