Can't start Adobe Reader XI 11.0.0.379

My Adobe Reader XI does not open at all. When I try to start program or open document nothing happens and AcroRD32.exe appears in processes. Then I found error in event viewer (attached screenshot). Tried to install patch AcrobatUpd11023.msp, but it says that program is not installed.

Update to 11.0.23, yes. But not with the Acrobat updater, you don't have Acrobat. Use the Reader updater. (Do not use the MUI updater unless you have the MUI product) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/11/11.0.23.html

Acrobat Reader XI is no longer supported in 2017, so you should use Acrobat Reader DC.
