Cancellation fee charged

Please confirm, why the cancellation fees of that much huge amount charged to me.

I used the software not for a single time in last two months. Also, I tried to cancel the software subscription at early stage but 2 months benefit at same cost is given by the company and suggested to not cancel the subscription.
 
I request you to please refund the amount as soon as possible. In the pandemic situation I am not able to afford the cancellation cost.

There is no fee for Acrobat Reader. You probably subscribed to Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Pro, or perhaps an Acrobat service such as the PDF Pack. If there is a cancellation fee, it is because although you pay per month, you subscribed to annual plan that provides a discount based on your committment to subscribing for a full year. The cancellation fee basically pays back that discount for the months that you were subscribed.

 

Nonetheless, these communities are not Adobe Customer Support. We cannot assist you here. You need to call them by phone to discuss these issues.
