Cancellation

Currently I keep getting sent messages to update my payment information, however I’ve chosen to discontinue the service but cannot follow through with the cancelation, because the request that I update my payment information is preventing it. The problem with doing that, is that I'll obviously automatically be charged for another year and be forced to request that they Adobe pay me back. Which will be tiresome.
