Cannot Connect to OneDrive Account

Hello,

Since the last update, I can no longer login to my OneDrive account. When I click to add the account, I can type in my email address. Once I hit "Continue" the dialogue box opens for a few seconds then closes without allowing me the opportunity to finish logging in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I save everything to my OneDrive and really need this to be functional.

Hi Kristen326,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to connect one drive account in reader, is that correct?

Try installing the latest patch for reader using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu and check if that resolves the issue. You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates

Reboot the machine after installing update and check.

Hi, I have had the exact same problem as @Kristen326 and have tried what you suggested but it says that Acrobat is up to date. Do you have any other possible solutions? Thanks
