Cannot convert PDF to Word

I have been able to convert files from Pdf to Word, but today it was impossible. It says: " Adobe Acrobate Reader could not open A9z23ji5_1704f25_8yw.tmp because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded)."

I could convert for few weeks ago.
