Cannot download 11.0.09 Links do not work

Hello,

When I go to https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/11/11.0.09.html and try any of the links to download, it just opens a blank tab in Microsoft Edge, in Chrome nothing happens. Something is wrong with the links. I tried another network as well and same issue.

I believe they are FTP links. These are still valid, probably, but are blocked by modern browsers. You need to use a dedicated FTP Client of some kind.
