Cannot download just the MSP update for Acrobat Reader DC

Prior to 2021, most of the update files (.msp)  were located on the Adobe FTP site and available for download.  Where can I find the latest .msp update files for Acrobat Reader DC?  I've applied for a distribution license which is pointless because the download link is the same as a standard user.

Nobody has an answer on where to obtain the MSP updates for Adobe Reader?
