Cannot edit Adobe Files what happened

Hello,

I receive this everytime I open and try to edit a PDF file. I cannot edit the file whatsoever. What is the solution to fix this? I have many PDF files and this is becoming a concern.

What needs to be done to edit these files?

Do you have Acrobat? If no, there's nothing you can do about it. If someone else created this file instruct them to remove the extended Reader rights as they are no longer needed and can just get in the way, like in this case.
