Cannot find or create the font 'LucidaSans'

This shows up when trying to open an attachment. Just started happening a few days ago. Same sender has sent pdf files for years, but for some reason now it just comes up as squares and symbols instead of letters.

Any work around or help would be great. I keep running into the same issues for everything I have tried.

Which application(exact version of app) do you use to open the pdf files?

Are you experiencing this problem with a particular document or all the PDF files that has "Lucidasans" fonts in it?

Check for the updates if any, go to >Help> Check for update

*Could be a possibility that font has not been embedded with the file.

if possible please share the file with us on email shared via private message, we would like to reproduce the same at our end.
