Cannot find the bullets and numbering option

I am currently editing a pdf and I would like to add a bullet point to the text. After clicking on the add text option under the Edit pdf option, when I look under the Format column on the right hand side of the page, there is no bullets and numbering button. I have checked the turorials and they indicate that the button should be there. Why is it not appearing for me?
