Hello. I wanted to install Adobe Acrobat Reader because a website I use requires using Reader to open some files in order to print them (they are viewable using html but not printable using html). When I try to install Reader I get an 'Initialization Error' message. I have Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Shockwave player on my PC which uses Windows 10. Any advice would be welcome!my

    HI Charlesb,

As per the description above, you are getting Initialization error while installation Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

Please try the troubleshooting steps from the following link: Troubleshoot Adobe Acrobat Reader installation | Windows

For Mac OS: Troubleshoot Mac OS 10.x system errors, freezes | Adobe software

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,
