cannot open a PDF file in reader DC

Every time when I open pdf files, it always shows "There was a RAISE without handler, the application now will Exit" Please help me. I have tried to reinstall the program and even reinstalled my computer. But neither of them works. What should I do? My computer is MacBook Pro.

Acrobat version
OS version
Is it happening with all files ? Can you please share any sample file ?
Any third party plugin or Software installed on your system related to pdf's.
