Cannot Open Some PDF files

Hi Support,

I received email contain PDF attachment, using a browser (chrome, firefox) I can open the file without issue but when open using Adobe Acrobat Reader I not able to open it. It came out with below error.

Some files are bad/damaged. Some apps manage to repair them, and others don't. There's nothing for a team to look at, and indeed no team to look at it.
