Cannot Rotate Stamps Adobe Reader DC v2019.008.20071

Just updated Adobe Reader DC to v2019.008.20071 on Windows 10 and now cannot rotate any stamps placed.  The handle at the top middle that is supposed to turn the cursor into the rotate cursor just does nothing - no change in cursor.  Trying to grab and rotate just deselects the stamp.   I can scale the stamp using the corner handles but not rotate at all.  This behavior was not present in earlier versions.  I have several Windows 10 and Windows 8.1 clients that have this same issue.

Tested on a FRESH installation of adobe reader dc and still have the same issue.

Sorry for the delay.

With the latest update installed the issue is no longer reproducible at our end: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Would you check if you have any pending updates, to check updates, launch Reader>Help>Check for Updates. After installing the update I would suggest restarting the machine and try again.

Hello fellow Acrobat DC subscription people, I FOUND THE SOLUTION!

With this newer version of Acrobat DC, you have to zoom out far enough (100% or lower) and the rotate icon will show up. This seems like a bug that needs to be fixed, but in the meantime this is the work around.

    I have found if I zoom way out then zoom in the rotate grip becomes available.

      None of the stamps in the attached pdf can be rotated.

      In the preferences enable the touch mode and you can rotate the stamps.

      Same issue here. I can rotate them in DC Pro Version: 19.8.20081.308281.

      Correction. As of 11/20/18 I cannot rotate any stamps.

      Hallo,

      i have this Problem with different PC and with different documents. It must be a bug in this Version. Now i have many Problems. I Need this function.
